By creating an account or using ATOM Interstate ("ATOM", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including tour managers, accountants, booking agents, and any team members invited to an account.
ATOM is a software tool for the touring music industry. It helps users track shows, manage expenses, calculate settlements, and coordinate tour logistics. ATOM is an operational tool — it is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
Settlement calculations, P&L summaries, and expense reports generated by ATOM are based solely on the data you enter. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data and for consulting qualified professionals for tax, legal, or accounting matters.
To use ATOM you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
One license key is issued per account. License keys are non-transferable unless arranged directly with ATOM Interstate. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at atom@atominterstate.app.
ATOM is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan features, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may not use ATOM to:
You own the data you enter into ATOM. We do not claim ownership of your tour data, financial records, or any content you create using the Service.
You grant ATOM Interstate a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we do not guarantee against data loss.
You acknowledge that, from time to time, ATOM Interstate may need to view your account to help you. This only happens through our in-app Support Access Process:
Your tour data — including financial records, deal terms, settlement figures, artist fees, commissions, crew information, and all other content entered into the Service — is confidential. ATOM Interstate will not disclose your data to any third party except:
ATOM Interstate will not use your specific tour data for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes beyond operating the Service for you. Information learned while resolving a specific issue you reported may be used to fix that issue. Generalized, non-identifying insights may inform product improvements. Your specific data is not used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Support access is limited to authorized ATOM personnel and is strictly view-only — no writes occur through the support flow. Internal misuse of support access is a termination offense under our employment policies. Full operational details of the Support Access Process are described in our Privacy Policy.
ATOM includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Responses generated by the AI are based on your tour data and general knowledge — they are not a substitute for professional advice. The AI may make errors. Always verify important financial or logistical information independently.
ATOM Interstate, its logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of ATOM Interstate. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ATOM's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATOM Interstate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ATOM Interstate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify active users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
