ATOM is a software tool for the touring music industry. It helps users track shows, manage expenses, calculate settlements, and coordinate tour logistics. ATOM is an operational tool — it is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or legal advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.
Settlement calculations, P&L summaries, and expense reports generated by ATOM are based solely on the data you enter. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data and for consulting qualified professionals for tax, legal, or accounting matters.
To use ATOM you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
One license key is issued per account. License keys are non-transferable unless arranged directly with ATOM Interstate. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at philiphaneytm@gmail.com.
ATOM is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan features, and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You may not use ATOM to:
You own the data you enter into ATOM. We do not claim ownership of your tour data, financial records, or any content you create using the Service.
You grant ATOM Interstate a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we do not guarantee against data loss.
ATOM includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Responses generated by the AI are based on your tour data and general knowledge — they are not a substitute for professional advice. The AI may make errors. Always verify important financial or logistical information independently.
ATOM Interstate, its logo, design, and software are the intellectual property of ATOM Interstate. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ATOM's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATOM Interstate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ATOM Interstate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in addition to these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will notify active users by email of any material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
