Your effective day rate

Gross pay divided by every day the run holds you (working days, plus dark weeks and rehearsals). It's what the run works out to, so you can compare a weekly offer with a day-rate offer on equal terms. It isn't an asking rate.

Weekly rates and partial weeks

Pick Flat if any part of a week bills as a whole week, or Pro-rated if a part week bills by the day. Dark weeks (no shows) pay the retainer you set.

Per diem and protections

Per diem is shown apart from pay, then added for the total. A cancellation fee protects you if the run falls through; it's never counted as income. Everything here is before tax.
