What you do on tour + early access

The one-time About you screen, changing your answer, and asking for the tour tools

About you is a one-time screen after you sign in. It asks two things:

WHAT DO YOU DO ON TOUR? Tour manager, Production manager, Crew / tech, Band / artist, Management, Agent or Something else. It describes you so ATOM can show you the right things. It never changes what you can open or edit: on a tour, your role is set by that tour's TM.

WANT EARLY ACCESS TO THE TOUR TOOLS? Only asked if you don't have them yet. The tour tools are Tour Book, Money and Production for running a tour. Community stays free either way. Saying yes puts you on the early-access list. The ATOM team reviews every request and upgrades accounts by hand; once upgraded, sign in again and the tools are there.

WHO SEES THE SCREEN: people who signed themselves up (email, Google or Apple) and tour owners. Not crew invited onto someone else's tour (their TM already set their role), not management or agency accounts (they picked their type at sign-up), and not Test Drive. Ask me later skips it for this sign-in only.

CHANGE YOUR ANSWER: Settings > Account > What you do on tour.

ASK FOR THE TOUR TOOLS ANOTHER WAY: the Get early access sticker in Community does the same thing.
