ATOM Agent

The booking-agency command center: pipeline, roster, commissions, holds

ATOM Agent is the booking-agency command center. For a booking agent representing artist clients, not for the artist's own tour side.

HOW YOU GET IN: Agent is coming soon: not open to the public yet, and the signup page shows it as Coming soon. For now an account gets Agent only through a super-admin invite. A self-signed-up agency lands scoped to Agent + Community only; an invited account keeps whatever else it already had.

THE PIPELINE: every deal moves through stages. Prospect → Hold → Offer → Confirmed → Contracted → Settled. Holds carry a real position (1st/2nd/3rd) and can be challenged with a deadline. A date can hold more than one live deal for the same artist at once: genuinely competing options, labeled Option A/B on the calendar, not one silently overwriting the other.

THE ROSTER: your own artists (add them under Roster or Connected Tours), each with a commission rate, responsible agent, and active deal count.

THE MONEY: commission is the bait. Home leads with On the books / Collected / Outstanding / Deals in play. Every screen's numbers come from the same live deal set, so they stay in sync everywhere.

ASK ATOM: plain-English questions over your own book. What's collected, who's late, what's holding, what's challenged, is an artist available on a date (answered in full agency terms: confirmed / hold position / management-blocked / open, never a boolean).

THE MOAT: Agent → Tour, both directions. A confirmed booking can cross into the artist's real ATOM Tour as actual settlement money. Same-account instantly, cross-company once the artist approves a connection (see Connected Tours). Once that show reconciles on the tour side, the real commission flows back on its own the next time you open ATOM. Commissions and the Home interstate card update with the tour's actual settled number, not the booked guarantee.

COMMISSION → MONEY: once a deal shows settled on the Home interstate card, a same-account agency (the agency also runs the tour) gets a "Send commission to Money" button. One click writes the real commission (your saved rate × the tour's actual settled income, never the booked guarantee) as a Commission expense on that same tour, so it shows up in the artist's own books without anyone retyping it. Explicit click, never automatic, and it will not double-send. Clicking again just re-confirms the same number. Cross-company (booking for a separate artist account) isn't built yet. That's a new write into someone else's books and needs its own approval step first.
