Team, under Agent, is where the agency owner invites staff and decides exactly what each person can see.
TWO SEPARATE THINGS, ON PURPOSE: whether a teammate can touch a given artist at all, and, separately, whether they also see the commission dollars on that artist. A new teammate starts with ZERO access to any artist; the owner grants it deliberately, one client at a time, never bundled into the invite itself.
THE GRID: teammates down the side, artists across the top. Click a cell to cycle: No access → Ops (sees the deal, not the money) → Full (sees everything including commission) → back to No access.
WHY THE SPLIT MATTERS: assistants and day-to-day people run almost all the operational work (moving holds, chasing buyers, updating stages), and that shouldn't require exposing the firm's actual profit margin on a relationship. Ops-level access sees the show; Full-level also sees what the agency makes on it.
IT'S REAL, NOT COSMETIC: enforcement happens on the server, not just in the screen a restricted teammate sees. A restricted person's own copy of the data never contains what they're not scoped to, so it can't leak, and a normal save from their side can't accidentally blank out money or other artists' deals they never had in the first place.
