ATOM Manager is the workspace for an artist manager or a management firm. It is the firm's side of the business, not one tour's side: your whole client roster in one place, the firm's own money, and the firm's calendar. Its center is the connection to each artist's real ATOM tour: once an artist's tour manager approves, their shows, settlements, day sheets and merch show up for the firm on their own, read-only.
WHO IT IS FOR: managers and management companies. It is a different job from ATOM Tour: a tour manager runs one tour, a manager runs a roster over years.
THE MENU: Yo, ATOM, Home, Calendar, Clients, Money (Income and Invoices), Deals, Contacts and More. More holds Tasks, Campaigns, Specialists, Scheduling Links, Map, Activity (principals only), the Flow Map, Your team and How you look (your logo and brand color). On a phone the bar at the bottom has Home, Clients, Calendar, Money and More. Press ? anywhere for keyboard shortcuts: g then a letter jumps between screens, / jumps to search, n adds a new record.
HOME answers "what needs me right now?": one list, most urgent first (late commission, overdue invoices, offers about to expire, deals closing, settled shows waiting on your review, tasks due), then Today from the calendar (including your clients' real show days), then a one-line client pulse: where each artist is tonight or their next show, commission earned this year, open deals and unpaid invoices. + New opens a client, income, invoice, deal or calendar event straight away.
CLIENTS shows the roster as cards with the same pulse. Open a client for Client 360, in five tabs: Overview (what's coming up, recent settled shows, open tasks, campaigns), Tour (the read-only tour window: money report, day sheet, settled shows, upcoming shows with holds marked), Money (tour income to review, income by stream, statements, the manager split, that client's invoices), Deals and Team.
TOUR INCOME REVIEW: every settled show from a connected tour counts at the client's commission rate until a principal reviews it, and Home says how many are waiting. On the client's Money tab, mark each one Count, Adjust (set the amount your commission applies to), or Not commissionable. The button you pick stays lit; click it again to undo and put the show back to review. Tour merch counts toward commission only if a principal turns on Count tour merch toward commission for that client. Only a principal can review or change these; anyone else sees the decisions.
HOW FAR BACK YOU SEE: the tour owner chooses when they approve: full history, or from that day on. If you only see from a certain date, the client's Tour tab says so and offers Ask for past history, which asks the tour owner (you can't widen it yourself). If a tour owner stops sharing, the settled shows you already had stay in your records, read-only; live tour data stops.
DEALS reads like the music business: each deal has a type (show, festival, sponsorship, sync, appearance and more), the date, venue and city, the buyer, who brought it, when the offer expires, whether it is commissionable, and the terms. Click a deal's title to edit it. Offers expiring within a week show on Home.
CALENDAR is the firm calendar: smart availability, one-move rescheduling, dependency cascades, change history, and real invites to attendees. SCHEDULING LINKS (under More) let someone book time with you without an email thread.
INVOICES: "New invoice" suggests the real commission a percentage client owes you. Save & email saves it and emails the PDF to the address you enter; it only shows Sent once the email went out.
STATEMENTS: a client's Money tab makes a branded commission statement as a PDF or an Excel file.
MANAGER SPLIT: on a client's Money tab, the principal can give a teammate points of that client's commission. Only a principal changes a split. A teammate sees a client's split only if they can see that client's money, which the principal sets per person in Your team.
YO, ATOM inside Manager is the same assistant as the rest of ATOM, answering from the firm's data and only what your role and money visibility allow.
