The Calendar is the whole tour on one grid, seen through three lenses. Open it from Calendar in the Tour Book menu.
THREE LENSES: switch at the top of the calendar.
- Tour: show cubes with venue, city and status. Click a date to open that day's page.
- Travel: each date's flights and ground runs. Tapping a date opens that day's page on its Travel tab (full screen, phone and desktop), with + Flight and + Ground.
- Money: each show's number: the guarantee until it's settled, then what the artist walked with (after withholding and deductions, no merch). Hover a show for Guarantee, Show (once settled), Merch and VIP side by side (merch only when Count merch as income is on in Money > Settings > Money setup); on a phone each day's row shows them under the city; the row above the month reads Booked, Settled and Outstanding. It's the same lens as Money > Calendar, worked out the same way, so both always show the same numbers. Click a show to open it in Money. Only people who can see this tour's money get this lens.
LINKS: a link can open the calendar straight in a lens: /tourbook?lens=travel or /tourbook?lens=money. Old /calendar and /sum links open the Tour Book calendar.
ONE DATE, ONE SOURCE: hotels, schedule lines, ground trips, flights and settlements for a date come from the same records the rest of ATOM uses. Change something anywhere and every lens shows it.
DAY / WEEK / MONTH / LIST: the view toggle. Month is the tour overview, Week zooms in on a run, Day shows one date, and List shows every tagged tour day in one column.
MULTI-SHOW DAYS: a date with more than one show reads "2 SHOWS" on its cube. See Two shows on one day.
START HERE: to open ATOM on the calendar instead of your portals, Settings > Look and feel > Start screen > Calendar.
SELECT DATES (admins):
Tour lens, Select dates, then click every date you want (Open dates included). The bar that appears has these bulk actions:
- Set day type… gives every selected date the same type in one go (Day Off, Travel, Rehearsal, Studio, Home, Blocked, etc.). Show and Festival aren't in the list because a show needs a venue; use Add Date or Add Run for those. Extra days of a multi-day run are skipped (change those from day 1), and a date with no tour leg is left as-is with a heads-up.
- Delete selected clears the dates entirely (asks to confirm first).
- Move to leg moves the selected dates (shows and days) to another leg or a new one. Select a whole year… picks every date of a year in one go.
SYNC (put the tour in your own calendar):
The Sync button at the top of the Calendar opens Subscribe / export. Tick what to include (Shows + festivals, Travel days, Hotel nights, Rehearsals, Off days), then copy Your subscribe URL into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook (the steps for each are right there). Your calendar app then refreshes it on its own, so new and changed dates show up without doing it again. It carries the tour you have open in ATOM, and only the schedule lines you're allowed to see. It works the same for anyone on the tour, including people invited from their own ATOM account. Download .ics gives a one-time copy instead.
HOVER CARDS (computer): rest the mouse on a day with something on it: after a moment a small spinning ATOM shows by the pointer, then the day's card. A mouse passing across never pops it, and moving off closes it. The same timing runs on every ATOM hover card (Schedule Grid, Travel calendar, Money and Manager peeks, HQ and Jobs calendars, Tour Album photos); small popups like a "?" term or the reaction tray just wait a beat with no spinner.
