Day at a glance is a day made for reading on a phone: one scroll, no tabs.
WHERE IT OPENS: tap Glance next to the day arrows at the top of any day page. Today in the bottom bar and every day tap open the full day page (it always opens the real today); the glance is there when you want the quick read.
WHAT'S ON IT: a week strip at the top (tap a day to jump), an All / Me switch, then cards: the day (type, venue, address that opens Maps), the schedule with bus runs and flights in time order, lodging with who is in each hotel that night, notes (tap one to open it full screen and copy or share it), and local contacts you can call or email.
ALL OR ME: All is the whole day you're allowed to see. Me keeps the lines for everyone (Doors, Lobby call) plus lines pointed at you: by your name, a group you're in, or your role (a line set to Drivers is every driver's line). Lines pointed only at other people drop out. You also get the bus runs and flights you're on (or that are pointed at you), the hotel you sleep in, and the day's notes and local contacts.
THE FULL DAY: Edit (for people who can edit) and the Full day button at the bottom (set list, guest list, files and more) go back to the full day page.
TODAY: past lines fade, the next one lights up, and a Next line counts down to it.
