Tour Album

The tour's shared photos: show days, hearts, filters

Tour Album (Tour Book > Tour Album) is the tour's shared photos and clips, grouped by month and then by show day (date, venue and city), so it reads like the tour.

THE WALL: photos keep their own shape, stacked in columns (3 across on a phone), still small so a whole tour fits. The month buttons at the top jump straight to a month.

HEARTS: tap the heart on any photo or clip. Everyone on the tour gets one heart per shot; the number shows how many the crew gave it. Hearts pick the album's favorites, and the most-hearted shot shows up as the Crew favorite in ATOM Encore, whose photo book puts the favorites first.

FILTERS: All, Photos, Clips, Favorites (anything with a heart) and Mine, plus Everyone or one person to see just their shots.

SEEING ONE BIG: on a computer, hold the mouse over a photo to see it bigger with its date, venue and city, caption and who added it. Click (or tap on a phone) to open it full size; the arrows, the left and right keys, or a swipe move through the photos.

PHOTO CREDIT: a photo can carry the photographer's name, shown as Photo by under it and on the full-size view. Credited photos count for the photographer in the one-person filter and in ATOM Encore's Shot the most line, not for whoever added them, so a road photographer's set added by the TM is credited to the photographer.

TAG PEOPLE: open a photo full size and tap Tag people to say who is in it: anyone on the tour's roster, plus the photographers credited in the album. Anyone who can add photos can tag, themselves and others. No one gets a notification. Names show the way people go by them (the nickname on their contact card, like Junior), with the full name underneath in the list. Tagged names show as With under the photo, and the Who's in it filter (next to the other filters once a photo has tags) shows every photo a person is in.

EDIT DATE AND REMOVE: whoever added a photo, and tour admins, can change its date or remove it.

ADD: Add to the album at the top. Two people adding at the same moment both keep their photos.

SHARE TO MY WALL: open one of your own photos (ones you added) full size and tap Share to my wall. A full page opens with the whole photo, uncropped. Edit the caption (it starts with the note, venue and city), pick who sees it (My friends or Everyone), and check the preview: that is exactly how the post will look on your wall. Tap Post to my wall, then View it on your wall to see it there. It also goes in the Road Photos on your profile, and the tour album keeps it either way. A posted photo shows On your wall · Edit; posting it again changes that same post. To take it down, delete it from your wall. Other people's photos and clips can't be shared from here.
