Who's on today is the list of people working a specific day or show, right on the Day page.
WHERE IT LIVES:
Day page: the Overview tab shows one line (how many are on, how many confirmed, how many off). The full list lives on the day's Who's On tab, grouped by department, with search. Everyone who can see the day sees both.
CARDS OR LIST: the Cards / List switch at the top of the Who's On tab picks person cards or a compact list (one line each, the same list Contacts uses). A day with more than 20 people starts as the list. Your pick is remembered on that phone or computer.
SETTING IT (TM / PM):
On the Who's On tab tap Set who is on (or Edit), tick people from the tour roster (tap a department heading to take the whole group on or off), then Save. Shortcuts: Everyone touring, Same as yesterday, Clear. Tick Include people not touring to add someone who isn't on the touring roster. It works for people who never open ATOM: your list is the record.
GROUPS (departments):
On the Who's On tab the list reads by group (Audio, Video, Backline, Band, Catering...). TMs and PMs can make and edit those groups right there under Groups; they're the same groups as Tour Roster, so a group made in either place shows in both, and in Who sees this line.
CONFIRMING (crew on ATOM):
If you're on the list and logged in, your own line shows Confirm I'm on. Tapping it puts a check next to your name so the TM sees a real confirmed count. Undo takes it back. Confirming never adds or removes anyone; if someone never confirms, the TM's entry still stands.
NOT ON THE LIST?
Only the TM or PM can add you. Ask your TM.
CREW PAY:
Money's crew pay reads this same list, so who worked which day doesn't have to be entered twice.
SOMEONE LEFT THE TOUR:
Once a person is taken off the tour (Remove from tour), they drop off Who's On for every day after the day they left, everywhere it's used: the day page and crew pay. The day they left still counts as their last day. Nothing is deleted: add them back to the tour and they show again on the days they were on.
WHO CAN DO WHAT:
Seeing the list: anyone on the tour. Setting it: the TM, PM and anyone who manages the tour. If you can't see Edit, that's your role: ask your TM. This is a tour-workspace feature; on a management firm or travel agency account it doesn't apply, it lives on the artist's tour login.
