Day sheet maps and files covers what rides along with the printed day sheet as extra pages.
FILES ON THE SHEET: files attached to the day (the Day page's Files) can go on any copy. Turn on Maps + files, then Pick files to tick the ones you want. Each copy starts with its usual files: Driver its maps and parking, Crew and Standard every file, Band, Family and Compact none (switching Maps + files on for them ticks every file to start). A picture prints as its own page; a PDF prints every page, up to 30, and a longer one says so on the sheet ("First 30 of 42 pages, on pages 2-31"); any other file is listed with its link.
PARKING MAP ON THE SHEET: if the show has a Parking Map that the TM has published, the Driver and Crew copies include its picture on its own page (listed under Maps + files as "Parking map (published rev N)"), and the Arrival + parking card gains the plain-words facts from the map's markers: gate open and close times and security contact, shore power amperage and whether the venue confirmed it, load dock height, width and load-in hours, and any approach directions saved with the map. An unpublished draft is never put on a sheet; publish the map (Parking, step 5) and download the sheet again. A map published before this existed has no picture until it is published once more. HOTEL PARKING PLAN: a Parking plan linked to the day's hotel (Parking, pick the hotel) prints the same way once published: its picture on its own page ("Hotel parking: hotel name (published rev N)") and its gate, power and approach facts in the Arrival + parking card, each starting with the hotel's name. A hotel bus parking file uploaded on the Hotel tab still prints too, after the published plan.
