The Day Sheet is the printed page for one day: schedule, venue, hotel, contacts, parking, hookups, maps and weather, laid out for whoever it's going to.
WHERE: the Day Sheet button on the Day page, or Print Studio (Tour Book). Only people who manage the tour (your TM, production manager, management) can build one. Crew and band get the sheet from their TM; if someone can't find the button, that's their role, not a missing feature.
COPIES: pick a template at the top. Driver (venue, arrival + parking, hookups, maps first, TM-only details hidden), Crew (everything), Band / Artist, Family / Loved ones (show time, venue, hotel, no internal logistics), Big Type (a giant wall schedule) and Compact. Then switch any section on or off. A section with nothing in it just doesn't print. Build for narrows the copy to one person or group, using each line's Who sees this setting. The Driver and Band / Artist copies start narrowed to Drivers and Band, so a line marked for someone else (Band only, one crew member) doesn't print on them; set Build for back to Everyone for a full copy. A Build for copy gets its own live day card link, so it only ever shows that copy's lines, and refreshing the full copy never changes it.
WI-FI: if the day has venue Wi-Fi saved (Venue tab, or read in from an advance or tech pack), the sheet prints a Wi-Fi card: each network's name and password with a scan-to-join QR. Point a phone camera at the QR and it offers to join the network, no typing. Big Type puts the first network on its bottom line next to the Live day card. Turn it off with the Wi-Fi switch; it starts off on the Family and Compact copies. The Live day card web page never shows Wi-Fi, because that page needs no login.
SHOWERS + MEALS: the Showers + meals card says whether the venue has showers (and towels), so the crew knows if they need the hotel to shower, and prints the day's Meals line (catering, buyouts). Both come from the Day page: Showers and Towels under Amenities, Meals under Catering & Runner. It starts on for the Standard, Driver, Crew and Band copies and off for Family, Compact and Big Type; turn it on or off with its switch. A day with neither doesn't print the card.
BIG TYPE: the wall schedule fills the page: each line is a big label with its time on the right, and the lines spread down the page so the bottom never sits empty (the type size stays what you picked). A bus run prints its miles and drive time under the line (for example "469 Miles · 8 hours 44 mins"), then any note. The Live Day Card QR prints at the bottom, the same as on the standard sheet.
THE DRIVE: a bus run on the schedule prints its miles and drive time under the line, for example "Drive To Houston, 240 Miles · 4 hours 48 mins", next to the departure and arrival times.
AFTER MIDNIGHT: on every copy, a line past midnight just shows its time, like 12:15 AM, with no date tag and no "next day" divider.
MAPS, FILES AND PARKING: files attached to the day, the published Parking map and a hotel's published parking plan can print as extra pages; the Day sheet maps and files topic has the details.
HEADER AND INK: the printed sheet uses a low-ink look: a pale ATOM-blue header band with the artist name in navy, no gray stripes behind rows, and the Live Day Card is one quiet line at the bottom: a small QR plus "Live day card: scan or tap" (tap it when the sheet is open on a phone). That cuts the ink on a Big Type sheet by more than half. LOGO: when the tour has a logo, it takes the artist name's place at the top left of the header, with the venue line under it, on every copy and on Big Type; with no logo, the typed artist name prints. The preview shows it before you download. It uses the tour's main logo from Logo Studio (Brand & Logos in Production, or Money > Settings), never the white For dark docs version when a normal one is saved; with none saved, the organization logo. A white logo with nothing else saved gets a small navy box so it stays readable on the pale band. The Day snapshot picture (Share, Snapshot on the Day page) shows the logo in place of the artist name too. A logo on a solid box prints as that box: Logo Studio's Clean up removes it (see the Logo Studio topic).
WEATHER: the sheet shows the day's forecast for the city: conditions, high and low in both °F and °C (°F first in the US, °C first elsewhere), plus chance of rain and wind when they're worth knowing. Forecasts only reach about two weeks out, so a sheet built further ahead (or for a past day) has no Weather card. Turn it off with the Weather switch. The Day snapshot picture (Share, Snapshot on the Day page) carries the same weather line; the Share text does not.
CLOCK CHANGE: on the night the clocks change where the show is (US daylight saving, Europe in late October), the sheet prints one line under the header, for example "Clocks go back one hour tonight: 2:00 AM becomes 1:00 AM (Sun, Nov 1)." The morning after says it already happened. Places that don't change clocks (Arizona, Hawaii) never get the line.
LIVE DAY CARD (the QR): every sheet ends with a QR code and tap target that opens a live day card on any phone, no app or login. It stays current: edits to the day reach the card the next time the sheet is opened or downloaded.
SET LIST QR: when the day has a set list as you build the sheet, a QR prints beside the Live day card ("Set list: scan or tap", with the song count). It opens a set list card with the songs in order and their tags, no app or login needed, ending the day after the show like the day card (Turn off now ends it too). A day with two shows gets one QR each ("Set list, Show 1", "Set list, Show 2", or the venue names). On for Standard, Crew, Band, Compact and Big Type; off for Driver and Family; turn it off with the Set list QR switch.
WHEN THE LINK ENDS: a live day card works through the day after the show, then shows "This day card has ended". The sheet prints the date it ends ("through Thu, Oct 1"), and the builder shows it next to Download. Turn off now ends every live link already sent for that day (all copies, Build for copies too) right away, for a sheet that went to the wrong person or a crew change. Downloading the sheet again makes a new link; the old ones never come back. Only people who can change the day can turn links off.
