Deal notes are for a show's bonuses, escalators and deal terms ("$10,000 bonus at 2,050 tickets").
WHERE: Money > the show > Deal tab > Deal notes.
WHO SEES THEM: only people who can see Money on the tour (tour manager, admins, management, business manager, tour accountant). Crew, band, drivers and the artist never get them, in the app or in YO ATOM, and a save by someone without Money can't wipe them.
NOT THE SHOW NOTE: the show's general Notes (Money > the show > Show details) go to everyone on the tour and show on calendars and day sheets. Keep deal terms out of it.
