Delete a day removes EVERYTHING on one date in this tour and leaves the date on your calendar, empty, so you can add a new show or travel day later.
WHERE IT LIVES:
Day page, the ⋯ menu, Delete day. Also from Change venue: "Delete everything on this day" if you'd rather start the date over than move the show.
WHAT IT SHOWS FIRST:
ATOM finds everything on the date and lists it, all ticked, before anything is removed. Untick anything you want to keep:
- The show, its deal and its Money settlement, plus its Google / iCal calendar entry
- Show costs
- Schedule, day contacts, day notes, travel notes, venue notes
- Hotel stays checking in that night
- Ground trips on that date
- Files on the day
- The tech pack and house specs filed to the show
- Power / water hookups
- The advance checklist for that date
WHAT IT KEEPS:
A hotel stay that started on an earlier night and runs through this date is kept (it belongs to other days too); it is named so you can edit it from the Hotel tab. The overnight drive filed the day before stays with that day. Flights are never deleted here: a flight often carries several people and can span more than one day, so delete it from its own screen in Travel. Venue info saved in ATOM Intel is never touched; this only affects your tour.
It cannot be undone.
