The driver Overview is the first screen a driver sees (the Home tab of the driver app), rebuilt 2026-10-04 around a driver's day. Anyone who opens a day link as a driver lands here on the same date.
TOP TO BOTTOM:
- Week strip: seven days with the picked day third from the left, so tonight and tomorrow are one tap away. The arrows jump a week. The picked day carries to Schedule, Parking and Truck stops.
- The drive: from and to, depart, arrive and miles with drive time. It reads the routing sheet, else the day's bus run from Travel; an overnight run that leaves after midnight shows as Tonight's drive. Tags flag a long run (over 450 or 600 miles) or a co-driver. Stopping for fuel? adds time to the arrival (the driver can turn it off if the road is shut). Under it: Directions, Parking Map (opens Parking on the same day), Call TM.
- Today only, a bus line: how many of your bus reports are still open, and Report a problem. If the TM turned on hours logs for the tour, three tiles instead: HOS (drive time left on this shift), Pre-trip (signed today or not) and Bus.
- Venue and Hotel tiles: photo, tags (shore power, water, bus parking, miles from the venue) and Directions. Tap a tile to open its own screen.
- Driver schedule: the driver's own lines of the day (bus call, load in and out, the drive, the fuel stop) in the same table as the Tour Book schedule; the band's soundchecks and doors are on View full day. A day with no driver lines shows its first few lines.
- Contacts: one row of small name tags (TM, PM, the day's local contacts, other tours' drivers, and the emergency numbers your TM keeps).
OTHER DRIVER SCREENS: Schedule (bottom bar, the whole day with All / Driver / Load In / Show / Load Out pills), Venue and Hotel (photo, directions, and Info / Contacts / Notes with only what your TM entered). Street view is not on the driver screens.
IF A DAY WON'T SHOW: a card says the screen could not be shown, with the error and Back to today, instead of a blank screen. Send the message to your TM.
WHO SEES IT: people whose role on the tour is Driver. A TM can see it with View as, Driver.
