FACE BOOK: the tour as a who's who, for someone new on day one. Open Tour Roster and tap Face Book. Each person gets a card: photo, name, role, what they do, phone and email, and their bus and bunk from Bunk Alley once they have one, grouped Staff, Artist & Band, Crew and so on.
WHO IS ON IT: the same people crew see on the roster. Anyone marked hidden is left out, and phone and email are left off for anyone marked hide personal info. Photos come from each person's contact card.
SAVE IT: Save PDF or Save picture (on a phone the picture opens the share sheet; on a computer it is copied, ready to paste).
COPY: tap the copy button on a card, or Select, tick people (or Select all), then Copy to put their name, role, phone and email on the clipboard as plain text.
SHARE A LINK (tour manager or production manager): Share link makes a page anyone can open with no login, and copies the link. It lasts 60 days (sharing again extends it), stays current whenever a TM or PM opens the roster, and Turn off link ends it for good. The page is never shown in search engines.
