Forward flight emails to ATOM. You don't have to connect Gmail to get flights in. Every ATOM login has a private flights address: forward an airline confirmation to it and ATOM reads that one email, the same way the Gmail scan reads one. ATOM never sees the rest of your mailbox. Works from any email: Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, a work account.
FIND YOUR ADDRESS: Travel, Flights tab, Forward emails. Tap Copy and save it as a contact in your phone ("ATOM flights") so forwarding is two taps.
WHAT HAPPENS: about a minute after you forward, the email shows in the Forwarded emails list with what ATOM found ("2 flights found"), and the Forward emails button shows a number. You also get a note in the bell. Nothing goes on the tour yet.
REVIEW: tap Review (or Review all). It opens the same review screen as Scan Gmail: each flight with the passenger, confirmation code and fare, "already in Travel" if you have it, and the same Import and Money choices. Import puts it on the tour you're on now. After you close the review, those emails stop counting as new; Review again opens them any time. The trash button takes an email off the list.
THE PURCHASE DATE: ATOM uses the date on the original email inside the forward (or the issue date printed on the receipt), not the day you forwarded it, so Money files the fare on the day it was bought.
NOTHING FOUND? "No flight found" means the email had no airline booking in it (a check-in reminder, a newsletter). "Not read" means reading documents with AI is turned off in your Settings; turn it on and forward the email again.
KEEP IT PRIVATE: only forward your own bookings or your tour's. Anything sent to the address waits for you to review, so a stranger can't put flights on your tour. If the address gets around, Get a new address: the old one stops working at once.
WHO HAS IT: the Forward emails button is on the Flights tab for tour staff who can import flights (the same people who see Scan Gmail).
