Free tools on the ATOM website (atominterstate.app/tools, linked as Free tools at the top of the homepage): anyone can use them, no login and nothing to install. What someone types stays in their own browser.
- Show Settlement Worksheet: ticket types, box office deductions, show expenses, then the deal (flat, guarantee vs %, guarantee plus %, door), deposit and withholding, and the walkout. It runs the same settlement math as ATOM Money. Prints a one-page sheet.
- Tour Per Diem Calculator: city by city, at a flat tour rate or each city's federal meals and incidentals rate, filled in from the federal tables as a reference (US cities; standard rate where a town isn't listed; any rate can be changed; first and last day at 75%). A per diem above the reference rate isn't money anyone is owed; the extra may count as taxable wages. Prints or downloads a spreadsheet.
- Tour Budget Calculator: income, commissions, band and crew pay, per diem, hotels, travel and production; the tour net and net per show. Prints or downloads a spreadsheet.
- Crew Rate Calculator: The Negotiator's math for anyone: by the day, week, show or salary, what a run pays (gross, per diem, total), effective day and week rate with the denominator shown, rehearsal days, and a cancellation fee as a protection. Keep it in ATOM carries the rate into The Negotiator after a free ATOM Community sign up (it never overwrites a rate already saved in an account).
- Practice Yard: practice a truck pack in 3D (atominterstate.app/app/practice-yard, also on the homepage and in Truck Pack). Pick a rig: Sprinter van, 16 ft or 26 ft box truck, 53 ft trailer or step deck, at their real inside sizes. Load-out hands over a list of real truck-pack cases (quarter, half and big trunks, racks, tall racks) that fills the gold load bay exactly: drag each case in (turn it first with its arrow if it should face the other way). Pack it wrong and the last cases won't fit; pack it right and the next load-out is harder (more rows, mixed rows, turned cases, then two layers and tall racks), remembered per rig on that device. Free pack lets you drag in any standard case, or, signed in, your tour's own cases that have measurements in Assets. Cases sit flat on what is under them and can't pass the ceiling; tap a loaded case to turn it or take it out, drag it to move it. The bottom shows cases loaded, how many feet of trailer the load runs, floor and cube used. Nothing is saved.
FREE TOOL VS ATOM MONEY: each tool shows what you're using (one show or run, nothing saved to an account) next to the same job in ATOM Money: settlements tied to their show with the contract, deal memo, check and settlement sheet, rolling into tour totals, Road Cash, the Road Report and business manager reports; per diem runs built from tour dates and roster and signed by QR or in person; a budget next to what really happened. Request access to ATOM Money from the tool or the homepage.
PUBLIC HELP: atominterstate.app/help shows these same help topics to anyone, no login, rebuilt from the in-app help on every update (founder-only topics left out).
COMPARISON PAGES: atominterstate.app/compare/tour-management-software (ATOM, Master Tour, Daysheets and Artist Growth side by side), plus /compare/atom-vs-master-tour (with how to bring a Master Tour export into ATOM), /compare/atom-vs-daysheets and /compare/atom-vs-artist-growth. Linked from the homepage and tools footers. Other products' details come only from their own websites, pricing pages and help docs, dated on each page.
SAVE THIS TO ATOM: each tool has a Save this to ATOM button. It carries what was typed into an ATOM account: sign up free (or log in) and it is saved to that account, private to that person, on every device. Anyone who can edit Money sees a From the free tools card on Money Home: Add to this tour turns a settlement into a real settlement on the active tour (same walkout), Use this rate sets the tour's per diem rate, and Add to the budget opens Budget & Logistics to add the budget's lines, each marked (free tool); nothing already in the budget changes. Without Money it waits: the card on Community home says so, with Request access to ATOM Money. Remove a saved item with its bin button.
