Guest List: import a list, move or copy guests

Bring in a whole list from Master Tour or any spreadsheet, and move or copy guests to another day

Guest List: import a list, move or copy guests

IMPORT A LIST (TMs and guest list managers): on the Guest List tab, tap ... then Import a list (an empty list also shows the link). It takes a whole list in one go from anywhere:
• A file: Master Tour's guest list PDF (Print / Export, Standard Layout), or Excel or CSV, for example a promoter's sheet, a label or agency comp list, or a Google Sheet downloaded as Excel.
• Paste: copy the rows (with the header row) straight from Master Tour, a spreadsheet or an email and paste them. A plain list works too, one guest per line, like "Jane Doe x2" or "Doe, Jane +1".

ATOM reads the usual column names on its own: guest name (or first and last), tickets / qty / guests, pass columns (AAA, Photo, Working, or a "Pass type" column), affiliation / company, requested by, pickup (Will Call, Box Office...), notes, email, phone and status (approved, pending, denied). A preview shows every guest before anything is added. Names already on this show's list are skipped, and a TOTAL row is ignored. Rows without a status go on as Approved (or Pending, your pick). Nothing is emailed: imported guests are a record, like Quick add. Send a confirmation later from a guest's editor if you want one.

MOVE OR COPY TO ANOTHER DAY: entered a list on the wrong day? Tick the guests and tap Move or copy (or use a row's ... menu, or Move or copy in a guest's editor on a phone). Pick the day (and the show, on a two-show day).
• Move takes them off this day with everything kept: status, tickets, passes, notes, and any confirm link already sent still works. If a guest was already emailed, that email still shows the old date, so resend it from the guest afterwards.
• Copy leaves them here and adds fresh entries on the other day, with nothing emailed.

Crew and band can't import or move; they add their own requests with Add request.
