Home is the screen you land on after logging in: a board of round portals, one per part of ATOM (Today, Money, Merch, Travel, Hotels, Production and more). Tap a portal to open that part of the app. Production opens Production's home (Advance, Show Sheet, Assets and the rest); to advance today's show, use Today, which opens the day and its Advance.
THE TODAY PORTAL:
Today always opens today's date on the Tour Book day page, even when there is no show today. Its label says what today is: the venue on a show day, "Travel day" or "Day off" on those days, or the next show as a hint when nothing is booked today. If nothing at all is booked today, the page says so and offers a button to the next show. To look at any other day, open it from the Tour calendar.
ARRANGING THE BOARD:
Tap Edit board at the top right. Drag a portal to move it (on a phone, use the grip handle), tap the x to remove one, and tap a chip under the board to add one. There are 12 portals in all; when every one you can use is already on your board, the line under it says so and there is nothing more to add.
WHAT YOU SEE DEPENDS ON YOUR ROLE. Portals for parts of ATOM your role can't open don't appear. If one you need is missing, ask your tour manager.
RATHER LAND ON THE CALENDAR?
Tap Start on calendar at the top of the portals screen. ATOM jumps to the tour calendar list and opens there from now on. To get the portals back, open the menu and tap Start screen (it switches between Portals and Calendar). On a computer it is in Settings under Start screen. Calendar opens ATOM on the tour calendar list instead of the portals. Switch back any time; the choice follows you to your other devices.
MINI PORTALS ON THE CALENDAR:
On a phone, the top right of the Tour calendar has small round portals: $ for Money, a jet for Travel, a clipboard for Production, a bed for Hotels. Tap one to jump straight there. They go to the same place as the big portals, and you only see the ones your role can open (if Money isn't there, ask your tour manager). Long-press for the name. On a computer they aren't there, because the left menu already has these.
