WHY IT EXISTS:
Not every hotel can park a 45-foot bus. ATOM searches ATOM Intel. The same shared, crowd-sourced hotel directory every ATOM user contributes to and reads from (250+ properties and growing). Filtered to ones with confirmed bus parking.
SEARCH-FIRST, DISTANCE-SORTED:
Opening it from a day auto-fills the search with that day's venue city and pulls in the venue's own coordinates. Results sort closest-to-the-venue first, each with a distance badge, and a map (venue pin + nearest candidate hotels, pinch/scroll to zoom) shows the geography at a glance instead of a bare list. Pick one and it lands as the day's hotel with bus parking already filled in.
TIES INTO:
The Day Detail Hotel card pulls hotel info. The Bus Parking sub-card on the hotel card pulls parking info from the same directory. Picking a hotel doesn't just save a name. It saves the crowd-sourced bus-parking notes too.
MONEY HANDLING:
Hotels show up in Master Budget as a projection line + folio tracking. No commission tracking, no travel-agency model.
