How It All Connects

The one-entry story: how a record entered once flows through every part of ATOM

ATOM is one connected system. Enter a thing once and it flows to every screen that needs it. The connections below are all live today.

ASK YO ATOM: YO ATOM knows ATOM's whole flow chart: every part, how they connect and what each connection carries, and the stories that cross them. Ask "how does the settlement connect to Money", "what does the guest list connect to" or "walk me through a show end to end"; it answers straight from the chart, no AI needed.

The day is the spine. Every date on the Tour Book calendar is one shared day record: schedule, venue, hotel, lineup, contacts and notes. The day sheet, the Schedule view, Production and the Driver's day all read that same record, so an edit in one place shows up in all of them.

A show becomes money by itself. A deal memo dropped into Money stages the show onto the calendar with its deal terms. On show night the Settlement runs the real math, and the result lands in the tour's earnings, the budget actuals and the show report with no re-typing.

Receipts become expense lines. A scanned or emailed receipt files itself against the tour's expenses, and expenses roll into the budget's actuals.

Payroll and per diem read the calendar. Pay periods are built from the same tour days, with each day's type (show, travel, off) deciding what it pays. Per diem accrues from those days too.

Travel lands on the day. Type a flight number and ATOM resolves the airline, route and times, then tracks the flight live. The travel rides on that day's record, so the day sheet shows it.

Hotels land on the day. Pick the hotel and the block lands on the date; the day sheet and the crew's day view carry it. Bus-friendly hotels are flagged from the Intel directory built by real crews.

The driver reads the same tour. The Driver workspace shows the day the way a driver needs it, from the same schedule the tour manager keeps. The parking map is drawn on the day and shared to the people who need it.

Guest list closes its own loop. Requests come in, the approved list goes to the box office, and the Friends & Family page feeds requests straight into it.

Merch is an option that connects when you turn it on. Booth counts live per show, and a merch settlement can land on that show's money only where the tour chose to count merch as income.

Set lists log themselves. Each show's set list joins one searchable log across the tour, with per-show PDFs.

Weather rides the route. The forecast reads your actual tour days and cities, not a search box.

Firms connect with one approval. A manager the artist approves reads the tour's settled money live, read only, and the approval can be revoked anytime. A booking agent's confirmed deal crosses onto the artist's calendar with the tour admin's approval, and when the show settles, the money flows back to close the agent's commission.

YO ATOM sees the same records. Ask it about the tour and it answers from this same connected data, limited to what your own role can see.
