ONE DROP ZONE: Money > Import starts with the Drop anything portal. Drop files, a whole folder (folders inside folders too), or use Choose files / Choose a folder. The portal flashes and counts what it received, and each file docks in the arrival bay beside it (marked Received) with where it goes, before anything is imported: PDFs say ATOM reads it and sorts it (each goes to its own importer), spreadsheets and photos say what ATOM thinks they are ("Looks like: Merch"). Change any of them, including a PDF you want sent to one importer, or pick one when ATOM can't tell, then tap Import in the bay. The files go through the portal and the bay lists where each one landed (for example: → Receipts). Import shows, From Master Tour and Sample files are in the bay too. A business manager's list of charges that need receipts goes to Receipt Request instead of the card importer. Nothing goes in on a guess. The old row of separate importer cards is gone: the portal does everything they did.
IMPORT SHOWS FROM DEAL MEMOS: in Money > Import, tap Import shows in the arrival bay (beside the portal, when the bay is empty). Drop the deal memos (PDFs or photos). ATOM reads each one (date, venue, city, guarantee, deal, deposit, merch terms), lists them for you to check, and adds the ones you keep.
WHICH LEG THEY GO TO: each show goes to the tour leg its date falls in. A 2027 show goes to your 2027 leg even if the picker says 2026. The Tour Leg picker is only used for a date no leg covers, and that leg's dates grow to include it. With no legs yet, ATOM makes one.
DON'T SEE THEM? The calendar shows one leg at a time: pick the leg (or All Legs) in the header. A show already on the tour (same date and venue) is updated, not added twice.
ONE MEMO, SEVERAL DAYS (a cruise, a residency, a multi-night run on one deal): ATOM makes ONE show for the whole run, from the first day to the last, with one fee and one settlement. The fee is never counted once per set. The review row says so, for example "3 sets: Feb 26, Mar 1, Mar 5, one show for the whole run, fee counted once", and every day of the run shows on the calendar as that show. Wrong last day? Tap Edit on the row and change Last day. The deposit keeps the due date the memo gives. An agency itinerary (WME) that splits one fee across the dates, like Cayamo at $26,666.67 x 3, imports as the same one show with the whole fee ($80,000.00); a real multi-night stand with its own fee each night stays separate shows. One memo that lists different venues on different dates (a whole tour on one contract) is not read as several shows yet: add those shows one by one.
SAME FILE TWICE: dropping the same memo again does not add a second row.
WRONG LEG? On the calendar, select the dates and use Move to leg.
