The date list on the right (the itinerary) shows every day of the tour so you can jump to one. Click a date to open that day.
READING IT: days already gone by are greyed out (still clickable). Today carries a teal TODAY tag. The pink bar marks the day you have open, which may not be today. A thin line with Week of Oct 12 starts each tour week (Monday to Sunday).
WHERE IT SHOWS: On a computer, across Tour (day pages, Roster, Travel, Route, Print Studio and more) and in Money. It also stays beside editors for reference: the full Hotel page, flight, ground and travel day pages, and the full-screen hotel and air trip editors. It does not show on the Tour calendar (that is already a date picker) or the Globe, and never on a phone, where editors take the whole screen.
WHICH DAY IT MARKS: While a hotel, flight, ground run or travel day screen is open, the list marks the day you are editing (for a hotel, its check-in day), not today, even if you opened the editor from Calendar, Travel or Money. Close the editor and it goes back to today, or to the day page you are on.
HIDE OR RESIZE IT: Click the arrow at its top to fold it to a thin strip; click again to bring it back. Drag its left edge to make it wider or narrower (double-click the edge to reset). ATOM remembers your choice. It folds away by itself while YO ATOM is open.
VENUE OR EVENT: when any date has an event name (like a summit or awards night at a hotel venue), a Venue | Event switch sits under the list's title. Event makes each show lead with its event name (dates with no event name keep the venue); Venue is the default. Hover a row to see both. Each device remembers its own choice.
