Your assistant and the money books. When you connect Claude or ChatGPT to ATOM (Settings > Connected assistants, or /connect), and your role can open Money on the tour (TM, admin, business manager, management, tour accountant), your assistant can pull the whole of the books and ask ATOM to make its reports. It can read everything and change nothing.
WHAT IT CAN PULL (any dates you name):
- a summary of every kind of money record
- settlements in full: deal, gross, show costs, net, withholding, what the artist earned, deposit, balance, still owed
- every payment received: deposits, wires, checks (number and image), ACH, cash, other income
- what is still owed, and how long since the show
- the full expense ledger: vendor, category, amount, US dollars at that day's rate, card or cash, card last 4, person, show, receipt link
- the road cash ledger with its running balance
- per diem runs: who, how many days, how much, and whether they signed
- each person's pay setup: rate, show, travel and off-day rates, 1099 or W-2, mailing address (pay and addresses only when the TM shares private card details with that role)
- reimbursements, buyouts, other income, VIP deals, budget against actual spend
- each show's commission base (ATOM doesn't keep commission percentages, so it asks you for them)
REPORTS IT CAN MAKE (a download link that works 7 days): the Tour Accounting Workbook, the Road Report, a show's Settlement Report, and a Data Pack (every money record in the dates, one spreadsheet tab per kind, to build your own reports). They are the same files as Money > Reports.
SAME RULES AS ATOM: every pull goes through the same check as the Money screen it comes from, so the assistant never sees more than you do in ATOM. Merch is in the workbook only when the tour counts merch as income. Bank details and Social Security numbers are never included. Money stays exact to the cent.
