Day Dashboard (open a day from Money Home, the Per-Show P&L or a Money link with a date) shows one day's money as a page inside Money, with Money's menu on the left and the itinerary on the right, like a show's settlement. Click a day in the itinerary to switch to it; the arrows in the banner walk day by day; Back or any Money menu item leaves it.
THE BANNER: the date, the venue (with its photo when ATOM has one) and chips: the day type (or Complete), Unsettled / Settled, money owed / Paid, how many expenses, and Foreign tax when the show is in a country with withholding.
THE SCOREBOARD: Show income is the settlement's artist total (after withholding) once the show is settled, and the guarantee until then. Costs today is that day's expenses plus venue buyouts. Net (the big one) is income minus costs, red when negative. Still owed is what the settlement says hasn't come in yet, or the guarantee when the show isn't settled.
SHOW FINANCIALS: the deal in plain words (for example "Versus: $8,500 or 85% after expenses"), the settlement status, guarantee, capacity and show costs, with Settle this show (opens that show's deal and settlement page) or Open settlement once there is one. Settled shows also list artist total, deposit, balance due, received and outstanding; buyouts and show cost items (+ Add) sit below.
EXPENSES: a ledger: category, description, paid with, receipt (Attached, Missing or Not needed) and amount, with the total. + Add expense opens Add Expense already set to that day and show.
RIGHT COLUMN: Day notes; Day type with Mark complete (a close-out checklist; a completed day can be reopened); Needs attention, only what's real for that day (a played show not settled, money still owed, receipts missing, foreign withholding), and each one that has a fix opens it; then Who was here, one line per person with Present / Absent / Day Off / Travel (first six, then Show all).
ON A PHONE: the same screen in one column; expenses become compact rows with the amount on the right.
ON TOUR'S DAY PAGE: the Money tab shows the same scoreboard with the same numbers, the settlement in one line, what needs attention, and Open the Day Dashboard.
Settling and adding expenses need Money edit on this tour; if they fail, ask your TM.
TWO OR MORE SHOWS: on a day with several shows, buttons at the top switch which show the cards below are about; the scoreboard (income, owed, net) adds up every show that day. Clear day clears every settlement on the day.
