Tour Roster (Tour Book menu > Tour Roster) is the crew list for the tour: who's on, what role, when they joined, when they leave.
EACH ENTRY:
Name, role (TM / PM / FOH / Monitor / LD / Drum tech / etc.), start date, end date, contact info, per-diem rate (if differs from tour default), notes.
OPEN A PERSON: click a name or photo in any view (Manage, List or Cards) to open their full card; your own name opens Me.
FEEDS PER DIEM:
The per-diem calculator counts only crew with start/end dates that include the show date as "active." Adjust dates, the per-diem auto-updates everywhere.
FEEDS TOUR CHAT:
The roster is the group chat membership. Add a crew member → they get an invite to the tour thread.
FEEDS DAY DETAIL:
Daily personnel summary on the day page pulls from active roster for that date.
SUNK CHANGES:
Updating start/end mid-tour writes back through CrewContext. Money, Tour Chat, Day Detail all reflect the change without you having to update each place.
