Print Studio is one door to every document ATOM can print or export: Day Sheet, Tour Route, Set List Log, Rooming List, Guest List, Pass Sheet, Riders & Runner List, Stage Plot, Contacts Export, and Merch Documents. Each card opens the real tool that builds that document. Print Studio doesn't rebuild anything, it just gets you there faster.
WHERE: Tour Book's left rail (desktop) or the More menu (phone).
KEYBOARD SHORTCUT (desktop only): press Cmd+P on a Mac or Ctrl+P on Windows anywhere in ATOM (Money, Production, Merch, Tour, any screen), and it opens Print Studio instead of the browser's print dialog. On a Day page specifically, it jumps straight to that day's Day Sheet instead of the general launcher, since that's almost always what you actually want. It won't fire while you're typing in a text field (the browser's normal print dialog still works there), and it's off on a public share link or when you're signed out: phones have no Cmd+P, so this is desktop-only by nature, nothing to turn off.
WHO CAN DO WHAT: Print Studio itself is open to anyone who can see Tour Book. Individual cards inside it show or hide the same way the button they replace already does: Guest List and Day Sheet, for instance, are for people who manage the tour; a crew member who can't see those buttons on the Day page won't see the cards here either.
