Reimbursements

Paying people back: approve, Mark paid, and how the payment reaches road cash

Reimbursements (Money > Reimbursements) is where you pay people back for tour costs they covered with their own money.

LAYOUT: one strip (Owed to crew, Pending, Approved, Paid; tap one to filter), the status pills, then one line per receipt: date, person, what, amount, receipt, status. Tap a line to open its details and the Approve / Mark paid / Deny buttons under it.

TWO LISTS: the top one, Owed to crew, holds receipts crew send from their own phone. The bottom one holds reimbursements you add (+ Add) or that the Gmail scan sends here with Reimburse them.

APPROVE, THEN MARK PAID: each row has real buttons. Approve says you've agreed to pay it. Mark paid asks how you paid: Cash from the road bag, Card, Venmo, check or other, or Payroll. That logs ONE tour expense the way you paid (source Reimbursement, dated the day you paid). Cash comes out of road cash, so it shows on the Cash tab and Cash Flow; the others are tour costs that don't touch the road bag.

UNDO: Undo paid (bottom list) or Reopen (top list) takes that expense back off. Back to pending undoes an approval. × deletes a reimbursement.

Approving alone never moves money; only Mark paid does.

WHO CAN: approving, denying, marking paid and deleting someone else's receipt is a money edit: the TM, an org admin, or someone the TM gave money edit (or a copy of the money key). A tour accountant, business manager or production manager can see the list but not act on it unless the TM grants it. Crew can delete their own receipt while it is still pending.
