Schedule Grid: several days side by side, hours down the side, so you can SEE where things collide.
WHERE: on a day page, the Grid button in the Schedule header opens the grid starting on that day.
WHAT IT SHOWS: one column per day (its date, the show or event name, the venue and city), the hours down the left, and a block for every schedule line with a time, as tall as it lasts. A line with no end time shows half an hour tall. Bus and van runs and flights on those days show as gray striped blocks. Each place (stage, dressing room, catering, a room at the hotel) gets its own color, with a key at the top. Lines that are marked minor show faded. On today a red line marks the time now.
OVERLAPS: two lines with start AND end times that run into each other are both outlined in red and tagged Overlap (a red ! on a small block), and the count shows at the top. A line with no end time is never counted as an overlap, since nothing says it runs into the next one.
NO TIME YET: schedule lines without a time sit in a box under their day.
MOVING AROUND: earlier and later step through the tour, Today jumps back, and 1, 3, 5 or 7 days picks how many show at once. 1 day is the full single day: wider, taller hours, with each line's place and notes on its block.
ZOOM: on a trackpad, spread two fingers to zoom in to fewer days in more detail (a week, 5 days, 3 days, 1 day, then 1 day with taller and taller hours), and pinch them together to zoom back out to a week. The day under the pointer stays in view. A pinch on a phone does the same. Tap a day's name or any block to open that day's Schedule. On a computer, rest the mouse on a block: after a moment a small spinning ATOM shows, then a card with the day, the line's full name, its times and length, place, notes, and what it overlaps with.
EXPORT PDF: one landscape page in the same layout (colors, overlaps, No time yet boxes), to print or send. On a phone it opens the share menu.
WHO SEES WHAT: the grid shows the same lines you see on each day's Schedule. Lines the TM hid from you stay hidden here and on your PDF.
Times are each day's own local time, as on the day page.
