A LINK ON A SCHEDULE LINE: every line in the schedule editor has a Link spot (a Zoom, a lunch order, tickets, anything) and, once a link is typed, a Link name. On the schedule the line gets a button: the name you typed (LUNCH ORDER), or Join for a video call link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Webex) or Open for anything else. A link typed without https:// still opens the site; an ATOM link opens that screen inside the app. Only people who can edit the day change it; everyone who sees the line can tap it. Links inside Day Notes use the + Link button under the notes box instead.
