Screen saver (Mac)

The ATOM screen saver for Mac: today's schedule (plus venue and hotel if you turn them on) when your Mac is idle or locked

SCREEN SAVER: when your Mac sits idle or you lock it, the ATOM screen saver shows a big clock, today's date and city, and the whole day's schedule (side by side on a long day) with what's next lit up ("Next: Doors, 7:00 PM, in 1h 20m"). The clock is live (it runs on your Mac's own clock); schedule changes show up within 5 minutes; it rolls over to the new day at midnight.

STYLE: pick Day (the clock, what's next, the schedule, venue and hotel) or Stage Clock (the big Stage Clock: date, time with seconds, and a countdown to the next line). Each choice shows a live preview; switching applies on its own, no new paste.

WHAT IT SHOWS: open Settings > Screen saver. The schedule is always on. Venue (name and address), Hotel (name and address) and Line details (the small line under each item, like which act is on or BUS) are switches you turn on yourself, because anyone walking past your laptop can read it. The day's notes, contacts, phone numbers and money never show. It follows your own permissions, so lines hidden from you stay hidden.

ONE-TIME SETUP, 3 STEPS (about a minute): 1) Copy your link: tap Copy my link (Preview shows it in your browser). 2) Install the screen saver: tap Download for Mac, open your Downloads folder and double-click ATOM.saver; if your Mac asks, click Install. 3) Paste your link: open System Settings > Screen Saver (your Mac may open it for you), scroll to the very bottom and click ATOM under Other, click Options, click Paste link, then Save.

BLACK SCREEN? If your Mac turns the display off before the screen saver starts, you only see black: in System Settings > Lock Screen, set Turn display off to longer than the screen saver's start time. It works on every connected display.

AFTER THAT: nothing. The clock is always live and schedule changes show up within 5 minutes, every day. Changing Venue, Hotel or Line details shows up on its own, no new paste. Only a different tour needs a new link.

TURN IT OFF: Turn off my link stops it for good; copy a new link to set it up again. It also stops on its own if you leave the tour.
