Set List Log gathers every show's set list across the tour into one date-ranged list: what was played, where, and when. It's for your records and for ASCAP / BMI live-performance reporting.
FIND ANY SHOW'S SET LIST:
Type in the search box at the top: a venue, city, date ("September 3", "Sep 3"), a song, or a set length ("60"). Search looks across every show, not just the range picked below, newest first. Each show has Artist PDF and Tech PDF (the same sheet Set List Studio exports, with that show's settings and the logo and font saved on this device) and Open show, which goes to that day's Set List tab.
WHERE IT LIVES:
The Setlist tile on Home, the Set List Log link on any show day's Set List tab, or Set List Studio → Output → Open the Set List Log. Direct URL: /tourbook/setlists. It fills itself: any set built on a show day shows up here automatically, stamped with the date and venue.
RANGE:
Pick this quarter or one of the three before it (PROs report quarterly), this year, all shows, or a custom from/to. The summary counts shows, songs and unique titles.
WHAT YOU'VE BEEN PLAYING:
With two or more shows in the range, three cards sit above the list. Most played: each song and how many of the shows it was in. Openers and Closers: the most common first and last song (the closer is the last song on the sheet, encore included). Dropped lately: songs played twice or more in the range but not in the last 5 shows, with the date they were last played; it needs more than 5 shows in the range. Song titles match regardless of capitals. All three follow the range you pick.
EXPORTS:
Export PDF is the filable record. Export CSV is the spreadsheet a PRO or business manager can take in. Export Word is one plain Word file of every show in the range: the date, venue and city, then the songs numbered (no stage-sheet design), the easy one for a business manager or manager. A day with two shows lists each show with its own set.
SHARE WITH MANAGEMENT:
Create link makes a private, no-login link to the range you picked, and copies it. Live links are listed first with copy, open and turn-off buttons. Turned-off links fold away under "Show N turned-off links"; a turned-off link stops working for everyone. The shared page shows the same Most played / Openers and Closers / Dropped lately cards for that link's range. Whoever opens the link can download the range as a PDF, a CSV or a Word file; nothing is emailed from ATOM, so send the link yourself (text, email).
