The settlement editor: the five numbers that matter stay pinned at the top (Artist total, Deposit, Balance due, Received, Outstanding). Each section shows one line of what's in it; tap to open it, and Deal, Tax & Adjustments and Merch open one at a time. A new settlement on a show starts from the deal saved on the show (deal memo or offer): deal type, artist %, capacity, promoter, guarantee, deposit. On a laptop, Show days brings back the date list. Merch is one Include merch line until you tick it; Record merch figures keeps the numbers without adding them to the settlement. Tickets to the points shows in the Walk on backend deals. Pre-settlement: drop the day's pre-settlement like any settlement sheet, on the show's Settlement tab or in Money > Settings (a file named pre-settle is taken as one, or tick This was a pre-settlement on the import note). A strip shows it: as of what time, sold so far, about how many more tickets to the points, and expenses over the offer. Drop the final sheet later and the strip compares: tickets, expenses and artist total since the pre-settlement (or tap These are the final numbers). A box office audit report during the day only updates counts. The Deal tab (Deal Memo) holds the terms on paper: the contract card (drop the deal memo and ATOM fills the form for review), Event details, Financial terms, Notes, and a Deal summary with what the form doesn't show: the deal in one line, deposit received or not, balance at settlement, and Tickets to the points once the show's settlement (or a pre-settlement) has ticket counts: how many to go at the current average ticket, the same number as the settlement's Walk. Deposit due is what the deal says the promoter owes; Deposit received? turns Yes when the deposit is marked received, a deposit is on the settlement, or the settlement is closed. To record it before settlement, tap Mark received there or in Settlements > Upcoming Deposits, pick the day it came in (or Received, date unknown) (it also lists deposits with no due date once the show is 30 days out). Age requirement is All ages, 18+ or 21+ (a memo's ALL reads as All ages). Who can open it: people with Money settlements access; others ask their TM. A firm account has no tour of its own: settlements live on the artist's login.
