Share my travel profile: hand your own travel details to a travel agent or a new gig without typing them out again.
WHERE: My Info, then Share my travel profile. It opens as its own page.
WHERE THE DETAILS COME FROM: My Info first. Anything blank there is filled from your own contact card on the tours you're on (that's usually where your TM typed your frequent flyer numbers, TSA PreCheck and passport). My Info wins when both have a value; fix a detail on My Info.
PICK WHAT GOES: every detail you have shows with a tick box, in four groups: Identity (name, date of birth, citizenship, phone, email, home address), Air (home airport, seat, TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, every frequent flyer number), Hotel (every hotel number) and Passport (number, dates, issuing country, place of birth, and your passport scan). It starts on basic booking info: name, phone, email, birth date, airport, seat, TSA PreCheck and loyalty numbers. Citizenship, home address, Global Entry, passport details and the scan start unticked. Banking, SSN and medical are never on the list. All and None tick a whole group. ATOM remembers your ticks for next time. ID numbers show only their last four on screen, but go out in full.
SEND IT: PDF, Spreadsheet (an Excel file with Section, Field and Value columns) or Copy as text. Or type their address and press Send to email it from ATOM with an optional note. Their replies come straight to you, and you get a receipt email listing what went and to whom (the receipt lists the details by name, not the numbers). If your passport scan is too big to email it is left off and you're told, so you can send it yourself with the Passport scan button.

SOMEONE ELSE'S PROFILE: open their contact card (Contacts or the Tour Roster), then Share travel profile under Quick actions. Same page, filled from their card on this tour (never their private My Info). It starts on basic booking info; tick passport details or the passport scan to add them to the packet. Your name is on the email, replies and the receipt come to you, and Who has it is kept with that person. Only people who can see passports on the tour (TM, PM, admins, tour accountant) can do this; anyone else, ask your TM.
MISSING A PROGRAM? My Info now has Alaska, JetBlue, Choice, Wyndham and Best Western, plus one other airline and one other hotel you name yourself.
