Crew Chat (Tour Book menu > Tour Chat) is one group chat for everyone on this tour: messages, photos, GIFs, voice notes and files, with pinned messages at the top.
TAG SOMEONE: type @ and pick a name. Anyone with an ATOM login on this tour can be tagged, whichever leg they're on. Their name lights up in the message and they get "mentioned you" in their bell and on their phone, even if they muted the chat. People on the roster without a login can't be tagged.
ALERTS: a new message rings the bell (and the phone app) for everyone else on the tour. The ATOM birthday notes in the chat ring too, for the same people who can see them: the day before and the day of are never shown to the birthday person.
MUTE THIS CHAT: the Mute chat button at the top silences this tour's chat for you only (bell and phone). Tags still come through. Tap Muted to turn it back on. To turn crew chat off for every tour, use Settings > Alerts.
DELETE: you can delete your own messages.
