Route (Tour Book > Route) is the tour's routing on one page: every day in order with where you are, how you get there and where you sleep, plus a map, and a PDF or Excel copy to hand out.
TOP TO BOTTOM:
- Download PDF (and Excel beside it) at the top right. The PDF puts the route map on page 1; Excel has no map. Both carry exactly the rows on the screen.
- The filters, in one strip: Audience (Full (TM), Crew, Band, Vendor), Which days (shows, travel days, days off, other work), Configuration (only when shows are tagged), Timeframe, Group by (month, tour leg, leg then month), Columns, Confirmed only and Mark days between dates (a "3 days off" line where dates skip).
- The route map: shows as numbered pins in date order, travel and off days as small dots, each stop colored by its time zone, and a Lose 1 hr / Gain 1 hr badge where the route changes zone.
- The list: one line per day, divided by thin lines, with month or leg headings when grouped. It leads with the day count and timeframe. On a phone each day stacks: the date on the left, the venue and city first, then travel, hotel and any other column you picked.
WHO SEES MONEY: the Guarantee column only exists for people allowed to export money (tour managers and admins), and only on the Full (TM) copy. Pick Crew, Band or Vendor and every money column comes off, so the file is safe to forward. The line above the list says so. Everything else on Route is open to anyone on the tour.
FOLLOWS THE PICKER: the year and tour leg you pick at the top of ATOM decide which days Route shows.
