Tour Book is the home base for everything that happens on the road. Its menu lists every part of the tour.
IN THE MENU:
- Calendar: the whole tour, with Tour, Travel and Money lenses.
- Today: today's day page, from anywhere.
- Stage Clock and Globe (the tour on a 3D globe).
- Tour Roster: everyone on the tour, their roles, and start and end dates that feed per diem.
- Tour Chat: the tour's group chat.
- Advance: each show's advance (for the people who advance shows).
- Travel: flights and ground.
- Bunk Alley: bus bunks.
- Also Route, Print Studio, Tour Album and Weather. Tour managers also see Ticketing, Immigration, Activity and Tour Settings.
EDIT MODEL:
The day page is the one place for each day. Crew see it read-only; admins get an Edit switch in the header. Same record for everyone.
WHAT'S WHERE:
What venues read for the whole tour lives in Production > Advance > Edit venue pages. Per-day details (schedule, hotel, lineup, notes) live on the Tour Book day page. Money lives in Money.
