Your tours: add, rename, delete or leave

Add a tour, rename or delete one you own (even your only one), or leave one you were invited onto

Your tours: add, rename, delete or leave. One page for every artist and tour on your login. On a phone: menu, Your tours. On a computer: the tour switcher at the top, Your tours (rename, delete, leave).

WHICH TOURS AM I ON: every tour is a tile. Tours you own say You own it; tours you were invited to show your role, whether you Can make changes or are View only, and Sees the money when your role opens that tour's money. Tap a tile to open that tour; Open now marks the one you are in. The pencil and trash (or the leave button on an invited tour) sit in the tile's corner, and Add a tour is the dashed tile at the end.

ADD A TOUR: type the artist or tour name, Add. It starts empty and opens. Your other tours are untouched. To bring crew over without retyping, see Shared across your tours.

TOURS YOU OWN: the pencil renames. The trash deletes, and that works on your ONLY tour too: you don't have to add another one first. You type the tour's name to confirm, so a slip can't do it. Deleting takes the tour off your list and off everyone who was on it (crew, managers, anyone you invited); their logins stay. The tour's data is kept on ATOM's side and ATOM support can restore it. With no tours left you start fresh and add one right there.

TOURS YOU WERE INVITED ONTO: shows your role on each and a Leave button. You come off that tour and it leaves your list; the tour and everyone else on it are untouched. To get back on, ask its tour manager to add you again.

PEOPLE MOVING TO A NEW TOUR: the new tour's manager adds them with + Add in Tour Roster. Same login, nothing for them to set up.

WHO CAN DO WHAT: the account owner or an org admin adds, renames and deletes their own tours. Anyone can leave a tour someone else owns. You can't delete someone else's tour; ask its owner.

ADDING YOURSELF TO YOUR OWN TOUR: fine to do, for example to be on the touring roster for day sheets and per diem. Whatever role the Add page has picked (it starts on Crew), your access on a tour you own never changes: you stay the owner with full access. Nobody else can change the owner's role either.
