If a travel agency handles your tour's travel, ATOM can pass bookings between you and them in both directions. Both directions ask first. Nothing moves silently.
SENDING SOMETHING TO YOUR AGENT:
Save a flight, a hotel or a ground run on your tour the way you normally would. If your tour is connected to a travel agency, ATOM asks "Send to [agency]?" right after. Say yes and a copy goes to their desk; say Not now and it stays on your tour only. You are asked once per flight. Editing the same flight six times does not ask six times.
What you send still has to be approved on their end before it enters their book, the same way theirs waits for you.
THEIR BOOKINGS COMING TO YOU:
When your travel agent books a flight, hotel or ground run for you, it lands in the "From your travel agent" card on your Trips list as pending. Approve a flight and it becomes a real, live-tracked flight on your tour; approve a hotel and it goes on every night of the stay in your advance; approve a ground run and it goes on that day. Decline and it is dropped. The skip-approval setting below covers flights only: hotels and ground runs always wait for you.
LETTING A DESK YOU TRUST SKIP THAT STEP:
If you work with the same travel desk daily, approving every single booking is friction. Go to Settings → Connected accounts, find the travel agent, and tick "Add their bookings to my tour automatically." Their flights then land on your tour the moment they book, with no approval step.
This is safe to turn off again at any time, and it changes nothing else. They still cannot see your tour money, and revoking their access still cuts everything off at once. Two things worth knowing: a flight you have deleted never comes back, even with this on; and if the agency later asks you for MORE access than they have, this switch turns itself off so you get to decide about it again deliberately rather than having it ride along inside another approval.
THIS ONLY GOES ONE WAY. You can let an agency's bookings skip your approval. There is no equivalent for the other direction. An agency always reviews what you send them by hand.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY OF THIS:
No travel agency is connected to this tour yet. A travel agent requests access, and you approve it from your Home Board; after that it is listed under Settings → Connected accounts. If you can see the tour but not the connection settings, ask your tour manager. Managing who is connected to a tour is a TM-level permission.
