Drop a confirmation (Travel > Drop a confirmation) reads a hotel, flight or ground confirmation so nobody retypes it. Drop a PDF, a photo or a screenshot, or paste the confirmation email, and tap Read it.
WHAT IT READS:
- Hotel: name, address, check-in and check-out dates and times, confirmation number, rooms and the guests named. It opens the full hotel form already filled in; check it and save there.
- Flight: each flight number, airports, date and departure time, and every traveler with their own confirmation and seat. A connection stays together as one trip. Check the boxes, then Add this flight; it opens on its own screen.
- Ground: bus, van, car, shuttle or train; date, times, pickup and drop-off, riders, provider and confirmation. Add this run saves it and opens it; pin the exact addresses there to get drive time.
WHAT IT NEVER DOES: save anything before you check it, or send a cost to Money.
WHO CAN USE IT: anyone who can edit travel on the tour, including the Travel Agent role (flights included).
