Two shows on one day: money

Two or more shows on one date: each with its own deal and settlement, how imports pick the show, and the day views

TWO OR MORE SHOWS ON ONE DAY: a day can hold any number of shows (a private set and a club show, a matinee and an evening). Each show has its own deal and its own settlement. When you drop a deal memo, pre-settlement or settlement, ATOM picks the show the same way everywhere: the show you are in, then the PAC in the file name, then the shows on the sheet's own date. On a day with more than one show the venue name decides, and if it can't tell, the review screen asks Which show is this for? before anything is applied. New settlements start with Include merch off; settlements saved before keep the box as they were.

THE DAY: the Day Dashboard switches between the day's shows (the scoreboard adds them up), Things to check offers Link to when a settlement lost its show, and merch reports count a two-show night once (the booth count is per night).
