View the app as a role shows you ATOM the way someone else on your tour sees it (Crew, Band, Driver, Vendor, Tour Accountant and the rest), so you can check what your crew can and can't see.
WHERE IT IS:
On a phone, open the menu (the three lines at the top right) and tap View the app as.... On a computer, open the Settings menu (the gear at the top right) and pick View the app as.... It shows on tour screens (Tour, Travel, Money, Production, Merch); elsewhere every role sees the same thing.
WHILE YOU'RE PREVIEWING:
A pink Viewing as ... pill with Exit stays at the bottom right of every screen, because in a crew view your admin menus disappear. Tap Exit to go back to your own view. If that role can't open the screen you were on (crew can't see Money, for example), ATOM takes you somewhere it can.
IT'S LOOK-ONLY:
Previewing only changes what your screen shows. It never changes anyone's access or data, and anything you save still saves as you.
WHO HAS IT:
Tour and account owners and admins. If you don't see it in the menu, your role doesn't include it.
