VIP check-in list

The fans who bought a VIP package: import, check in at the door, print, export

VIP check-in list: the fans who bought a VIP or Meet & Greet package for a show, and a checklist to tick them in at the door.

WHERE: the day's Guest List tab, VIP list switch at the top (next to Comp list). Each show on a double-show day has its own list.

WHO: your tour manager (and the other people who manage the guest list: management, org admins). Crew and band never see the switch or the list, because it holds fans' names and emails. If someone asks for it and can't find it, that's your role, not a missing feature: ask your TM. There is no way yet to hand it to a hired door person.

GETTING THE LIST IN:
• Import: choose the VIP company's spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) or paste a list. ATOM reads the header row (name or first/last, email, phone, package, quantity, order number, notes). A plain list is read as one name per line.
• Package names are matched to the packages in this tour's VIP deal (Money, Settlements, VIP). Anything ATOM can't match is shown so you can pick the right package once.
• Importing again: Add to it skips anyone already on the list (same name, and the emails don't disagree), or Replace it. Anyone already checked in stays checked in.
• + Add fan for one person, for when the artist runs VIP themselves.

AT THE DOOR: Check in opens a full-screen checklist (best on a phone): search a name or order number, tap to tick them in, tap again to undo. It shows how many packages are in out of the total. The tick boxes on the list itself work too.

CROSS-CHECK: anyone who is on both the VIP list and tonight's comp guest list is tagged COMP on the VIP list and VIP on the comp list, so nobody gets comped for a package they already paid for (or the other way round).

OUT: Print makes the door sheet (same look as the box office guest list: numbered, a Qty and Package column, a tick box per fan, fans already checked in print ticked). Excel and CSV give the venue a clean table for its own system.

NOT HERE: ATOM doesn't sell VIP tickets or scan QR codes; the ticket's QR belongs to whoever sold it. The money side (prices, splits, what the show settles) lives in Money's VIP screens.
