After the show, ask YO ATOM about the night. It answers from your tour's records, with your own permissions, and offers a button to the record the answer came from.
END OF THE NIGHT: ask "how many paid", "did we sell out", "how many comps", "how did merch do", "per head" or "what sold most". Tickets (paid, attendance, capacity, comps and guests) come from that show's settlement, so they need settlement access. Merch (units sold, sales, comps, the top items by size, and per head) comes from the night's merch count, read with your own Merch access: the booth's gross and cuts only show if your role can see them. If the settlement or the count isn't in ATOM yet, it says so.
END OF THE NIGHT, SHARPER: paid is the Sold number on the settlement, the same one the settlement screen shows; if the ticket rows add up to something else, it tells you. Comps come from the settlement sheet when it has them; otherwise, a door count above paid is given as an estimate, never as a comp count. If Sold is higher than the capacity on file, it says one of the two is wrong instead of a percent over 100. "What did we make" is the show's pay after withholding, the same rule as every Money screen. Merch per head is merch gross over the door count, the same way the Merch screens figure it (capacity only as a flagged stand-in), plus per paid ticket. "Most sold" is the whole item with every size added together, "what made the most" is by money, and "what sold out" is anything counted down to zero at close. "How much cash came in tonight" lists every cash in and out for that day (venue cash, cash logged on the Cash tab, cash expenses), cash only, for people who can open Money's Cash; for what's in the bag right now it sends you to Money > Cash. After midnight, "tonight" means the show that just ended, not the next one.
