Invoices (Your Corner > Invoices) bill an artist, a manager or a business manager for your own work. Only you see them.
MAKING ONE: New invoice starts one with the next number, today's date, a due date from your payment terms (30 days if none) and your details. Fill from my tour picks a date range and which rates (your standard rate or your rates for an artist) and builds the lines from your paid days there: show days, travel days, days off on the road when you're paid for them, each kind of work day at what it pays you, and per diem. Each line lists its dates (Nov 5 to 7, Nov 12). Tick Add money owed back to add your unpaid reimbursements. Holds, home days off, days with no type and days you took out are never billed. On a salary there are no days to bill, so it says so.
EDITING: two views of the same invoice. Document looks like the printed page: click any part (who it's from, bill to, number, dates, terms, each line, tax, how to pay, a note). Sheet shows the lines as a spreadsheet: Enter and the arrow keys move between boxes, and you can paste rows copied from Excel or Google Sheets. A line with a quantity and a rate is priced quantity x rate to the cent; without them you type the amount. Undo and Redo (Cmd/Ctrl+Z) work on the whole invoice. Who it's from and how to pay are remembered for every new invoice.
PDF: Preview PDF and Download or share make the PDF on your own phone or computer, with Qty and Rate columns and as many pages as it needs. Send it yourself with your phone's Share or your own email. ATOM never emails invoices for you.
TRACKING: each invoice is Draft, Sent, Paid (with the paid date) or Void, with its history. The list shows what's owed to you from sent invoices and what was paid this year. Delete asks you to tap twice.
SAVED: with your rates and offers on your account, on every device you sign in on.
