My projects in Your Corner (a page per artist or client)

One page per artist, client or project you work for, with its own rates, tours, invoices and offers, and a summary across all of them

My projects (Your Corner, the first room) keeps everyone you work for apart: for example a salary from one artist, day rates from another, a per-show rate from a third. Each artist, client or one-off project gets its own page. Only you see them.

NEW PROJECT walks you through four steps: who it's for (Artist, Client or Project), how they pay you (day rates, weekly, per show or salary, starting from your standard rate or another project's), which of your ATOM tours it is and its dates, and who to bill. Skip any step and fill it in later.

A PROJECT'S PAGE: its color and name; what you were invoiced and paid this year and all time, what's owed and open offers; the ATOM tours it's tied to (one project per tour: My earnings and invoices use its rates for that tour); start and end dates; Bill to (name or company, address, email), which new invoices start with; its invoices (New invoice for it starts one already billed to them, at its rates); its offers (offers whose artist is this name); Rates and calculator (The Negotiator for this project only: every kind of day, per diem, deal terms, offers); notes. Print summary makes a PDF of the whole page. Archive puts it away without deleting; Delete asks you to tap twice.

SUMMARY: what you invoiced and were paid this year, what's owed, overdue invoices and open offers across every project, with nudges: an invoice past its due date, paid days you worked on the open tour that aren't on an invoice yet (Make the invoice fills them in), invoices not filed under a project, and projects with no rates set. Filter Active, Archived or All, and search.

SAME AS RATES BY ARTIST: a project is the same record as a rate set in the Negotiator's Your rates by artist, so nothing you set there is lost.

HONEST LIMITS: salary pay usually isn't invoiced, so it shows as the rate, not in invoiced totals. A tour's days are read from the tour that's open in ATOM.
