Your Corner (your pay, per diem, receipts)

A crew member's private room for their own pay, per diem and receipts

Your Corner is a crew member's own private room: your pay, your per diem and your receipts. Only you see it, never your TM or anyone else on the tour. Not for the Artist role (an artist's money is Tour > Show Money once the TM turns it on).

GETTING THERE: the Your Corner door on the My Day card (Your Corner: my pay, per diem, receipts), or Your Corner in the tour menu. Back to the tour takes you to the Tour Book; with no tour on your login it says Back to ATOM.

AT A GLANCE: four numbers under the top, each opens its room: what the run you're on (or the next one) pays, your paid days this year, per diem received, and money owed back to you. On a computer the rooms are listed down the left, My earnings shows your runs beside the by-month bars and your offers, the Negotiator shows your numbers beside what they pay, and Per diem and Reimbursements show the total beside the list. On a phone it all stacks.

MY EARNINGS: your own rate run over your real tour dates. The top line is the run paying you now (else the next one) with what it pays. Then this month, this quarter and this year, and each run with its days: shows, travel days, days off on the road, days off at home (unpaid), held dates (not counted yet) and days with no type (not counted). A run with days that have no type says so and takes you to the Tour Book to label them; if your off-day rate is $0.00 it asks whether road days off are paid on that run; work days (tech, TV, promo...) you haven't said the pay for are priced as show days, and the run says so. What if you took one of these? stacks your saved offers on your year, and says when an offer's dates overlap one of your runs (which run, how many days, which dates).

MY RATE AND OFFERS: the paid days card (paid days in the year, with shows, travel, road days off, home days off and held dates), What do you get paid for? (what each kind of day pays you: travel, road day off, rehearsal, tech, TV, radio, promo, press, other work; tick several to set them the same), Adjust days to untick days that shouldn't count for you (it opens right under the card; your choice follows your login to every device and counts in every Your Corner number), then The Negotiator itself: your rate, deal terms, offers and pitch card. See The Negotiator topic.

PER DIEM: what has landed with you. Runs you signed for on screen show with your signature; every other run you are on shows too, with Received or Pending, and Yep, got it to confirm a paper per diem. The total counts both.

REIMBURSEMENTS: money you fronted for the tour. Add a reimbursement (what, amount, type, date, who pays you back), attach a receipt photo if you want, and Scan to auto-fill reads it. Each one shows Submitted, Approved, Paid or Denied.

TAX SET-ASIDE (1099 only): a cushion on what your rate pays (from your saved Negotiator numbers), 15 to 40%, 25% to start. Your % is remembered on every device and is the same one the Negotiator page uses. Not tax advice.

ONE COUNT: My earnings, the paid days card and Match to my tour in the Negotiator all count the same paid days the same way, so the numbers agree.
