Your reports (bugs and ideas you sent)

See every bug and idea you sent with Feedback and where each one stands

Your reports. Every bug and idea you sent with the Feedback button, and where each one stands.

WHERE: on a computer, click your avatar (top right), Your reports. On a phone: menu, Your reports (right under Send feedback). Right after you send feedback, See your reports takes you there too. The settings (gear) menu has it too, under Resources, next to Report a bug or share feedback, and the top of the Feedback window shows how many reports you've sent and how many have an answer.

SENDING ONE: pick Bug or Suggestion, then how much it gets in your way (Stops my work, Slows me down, Just looks off) or how much an idea would help (Nice to have, Big help, Game changer). The window lists exactly what goes with it: the page you're on, your device, screen size and ATOM version. Add a picture by dropping it on the picture area, pasting it (Cmd+V), Snap this screen or Add a picture. Cmd+Enter sends. On a phone it opens as a full screen.

WHAT EACH STATUS MEANS:

Each report also shows whether it was a bug or an idea, the date you sent it, the start of what you wrote, and every reply we sent about it.

REPLIES show right under the report: the date, the subject and the full reply. They also come by email to your account address, and your bell shows a reply notice that opens this page.

PRIVATE: only you see your reports. Nobody else on your tour sees them.

ADD A PICTURE: in the feedback form, Snap this screen takes a picture of the screen you were on (the form itself is left out), or Add a picture attaches a screenshot or photo from your phone or computer. On a computer you can also paste a screenshot straight into the form. You see the picture before you send and can remove it. Nothing is attached unless you add it; on Money and other private screens, check that nothing private shows before you send.

SEND ANOTHER: the Send feedback button on the page opens the same form.
