Every place in Intel has its own page and link (Share it straight into a group chat).
BEST CURRENT ANSWER: the newest road reports, boiled down: where to stage, where to drop, clearance, permit, any procedure. Each line shows when it was last reported.
On older reports (TM spreadsheets, group chats, ATOM research), ATOM sorted each report's own words into these lines. Nothing is added: a number or detail that isn't in the report is never shown, and the original report is always listed below so you can check it.
HOW FRESH IT IS, IN PLAIN WORDS:
- Current: two or more reports or "still true" answers in the last year agree.
- Recent: one in the last year.
- Older intel: nothing in the last year.
- Conflicting: recent reports disagree (for example, permit needed vs not). Read the reports and check on the day.
When an OLD report said something different (like a 2024 "permit required" before a 2026 "no permit"), the newest answer is shown and the older one stays visible below it as history.
ROAD REPORTS: every report with its date and the reporter's role (never a name) and where it came from (crew report, TM group chat, TM spreadsheet).
EVIDENCE: maps, photos and screenshots. Tap one to open it. To add one, tap + Add a map or photo on the Evidence card (no report needed), or attach it while writing a report. Crop out names and phone numbers first: evidence is shown to other crews.
WHO SAID IT: crew reports, TM group chats, TM spreadsheets and tour hotel bookings count as road intel. ATOM's own background notes on a place are labeled ATOM research and never count toward Current or Recent.
CITY PAGES: open a city from the Cities tab (or search just a city) for everything crews know there: places ranked by crew road intel, need chips (Sleep + Park, Bus Parking, Laundry, Medical, Food, Mechanics, Vendors, Airports), the latest road reports, and Ask ATOM, a short AI summary that may only use that city's reports and lists the places it used as sources. Ask ATOM follows your Intelligence setting.
USED IT LATELY? Tap Still true, Changed (opens a new report) or Didn't use it. One tap keeps the answer fresh for the next crew. ATOM also asks on your day page (Overview) the day after you fly through an airport, or the day you check out of a hotel.
CLOSED FOR GOOD? Under Location. When 3 different crew say a place closed, it is hidden for everyone.
YOUR OWN PLACE: if you added it, the place page shows Edit (name, address, phone, website, tags) and Remove. What you know about the place itself (parking, what changed) goes in a report so the history stays.
ASK ATOM AI (under the directory, next to Discussions): answers from the same place pages and road reports as Intel search, plus Discussions threads. A place it cites opens that place's page.
REPORT UPDATE: pick what it's about (Bus / Coach access, Bus parking, Hotel, Road notes), fill what you know, say when it was true, add a map or photo. Crop out names and phone numbers before uploading: evidence is shown to other crews.
